Independent practice, clearly described.
This notice applies to the current JurisTrainer website demo. It is written to explain the product accurately; it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney in the jurisdictions where the product will operate.
Original educational materials
The questions, explanations, lessons, visual design, and copy included in this demo are original JurisTrainer materials. They are educational practice only. They are not official examinations, are not copied from third-party tests or prep products, and do not promise an admissions result, score result, or outcome.
Copyright notice and ownership
© 2026 JurisTrainer. All rights reserved. This notice asserts rights only in the original copyrightable contributions owned by the operator of JurisTrainer, including original website copy, original question wording and explanations, original software code, and original visual design. It does not claim ownership of ideas, methods, public-domain material, third-party material, or any content that the operator does not own.
JurisTrainer does not represent that the name, logo, website, or study concept is federally registered as a trademark or protected by a patent. Do not use the ® symbol, “patented,” or “patent pending” unless those statements are accurate and supported by an appropriate filing or registration.
Names, logos, and third-party content
JurisTrainer does not use third-party test-provider logos, official test questions, or a third party’s course materials. Before any public launch, do not add a third-party name, logo, question, explanation, image, or “official” claim unless you have written permission or advice confirming the use is permitted.
Current demo privacy
In the current static demo, profile details and practice progress are stored only in the visitor’s browser storage. They are not transmitted to a JurisTrainer server, and the email field does not send email or create an account. Clearing browser data can remove that local information.
Before live accounts or email
Before enabling real sign-in, analytics, or email, publish a reviewed privacy policy and terms of use that identify the operating business, support contact, collected data, purpose, retention period, account-deletion process, processor providers, and applicable privacy rights. Obtain any needed marketing consent and make opt-out tools work before sending marketing messages.
No legal or admissions advice
JurisTrainer provides study practice, not legal advice, admissions advice, or a guarantee of testing or admissions outcomes. Users should verify all application, testing, and accommodation requirements directly with the relevant institution or provider.
